This cosy cottage in Killin sleeps six people in three bedrooms. Lily Cottage is a semi-detached, pet-friendly cottage in Killin. The cottage has a ground floor double and a twin and further double on the first floor, along with the bathroom. There is a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room and a conservatory. Outside is a rear patio garden with furniture, along with off road parking. Lily Cottage is close to the village amenities, and is ideally placed for Loch Tay and the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park.

Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, telephone (incoming only), selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 1 car across road from cottage. Courtyard patio garden with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:We really loved the location of the property, ideal for local amenities. It has really good access to local trails and walking routes. The property is very spacious and lovely decorated. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend it.
