This first floor cottage is in the village of Taynuilt and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. The Knowe Upper is a first floor cottage set in the village of Taynuilt and can sleep four people. There is a king-size double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a shared lawned garden with furniture. The Knowe Upper is a lovely first floor holiday cottage.

Electric storage heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with FreeSat, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared lawned garden with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 min walk, pub 3 miles. Note: There is a stream running round the lawn and there is a wall with a 2 ft. drop near the lawn, children to be supervised. Note: Mobile reception can be intermittent.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The location of the property is excellent, particularly with us having a dog. Not only did she love the garden but there is a fabulous 20 minute walk down to Loch Etive. The property was extremely homely and we all felt immediately comfortable. It was also extremely handy having the owners next door!
