With six bedrooms and a playroom with a day bed and a pull-out single, doubling up as a children's bedroom on request, the cottage can sleep up to fourteen people. There's a range of sleeping accommodation across the first and second floors, including two second floor en-suite bedrooms, along with a first floor family bathroom and a ground floor cloakroom. The lower ground floor has a large kitchen with a dining area and a sitting area for four with a TV and a woodburner, while the ground floor also has a separate sitting room with a woodburner and a balcony overlooking the garden. Outside, there is ample off road parking for cars and boats, along with a lawned garden with a patio, furniture, a gas BBQ and a hot tub. Nant-yr-Rhedyn is a superb holiday home near the sea, providing a perfect getaway for a holiday to remember.

Lawned garden with patio, furniture, BBQ and hot tub. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub and beach 5 mins walk downhill. Note: Fourteen steps down to kitchen. Note: Sloped ceiling and low head height in playroom. Beds in this room suitable for children up to 8 years only. Note: Unfenced terraced drops to one side of garden, children to be supervised. Note: Nine steps up to front door, though ground floor access available. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: Max. 13 adults and 2 children up to 8 years.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The house was wonderful and very well equipped for our 3 generation family. The garden was suitable for our young grandchildren to play safely in. The BBQ and hot tub provision were wonderful and all the family had a brilliant holiday.
