This detached cottage is in the village of Llanrug near to Llanberis and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.  Awelfa is a lovely detached cottage situated in the village of Llanrug just four miles from Llanberis in the Snowdonia National Park. The cottage can sleep six people with one ground floor double and two twin bedrooms with ground floor shower room and first floor cloakroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with woodburner and a conservatory with dining area. Outside is off road parking for three cars and a private enclosed patio and lawn with furniture and BBQ. Awelfa is a delightful cottage in a popular Snowdonia village and ideal for touring this superb area.

Gas central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, Blu-ray, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair, and stairgate. Off road parking for 3 cars. Bike storage. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 min walk, pub 6 mins walk. Note: First floor rooms have sloping ceilings with reduced height. Note: Check-in 4pm.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Great location with good amenities; ideal for visiting local attractions. The cottage was very comfortable and spacious and the conservatory was a big hit with my parents. There was an extensive range of cutlery and crockery; there was everything we could have wanted and more. We had a wonderful week away.
