This detached bungalow is set on a working farm close to Cemaes Bay on Anglesey and can sleep five people in three bedrooms. Rhoslan is a detached, modern bungalow on an 80 acre beef farm in a rural location near to the seaside village of Cemaes Bay on the Isle of Anglesey. The cottage has three bedrooms, a double, a twin and a single and a family bathroom which make it suitable for five people. The cottage also contains a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a gas fire in a stone fireplace. Outside the cottage is an enclosed garden with outdoor furniture, a BBQ, a children's slide and a football goal as well as off road parking for three cars. With so much to appeal to the whole family, Rhoslan is a great family holiday cottage.

LPG central heating with gas fire in sitting room. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs, video, DVD, WiFi, children's toys. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Adjoining lockable garage to store bikes. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture, BBQ, children's slide and football goal, and views over farmland. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops 3 miles, pub 1 mile. Beach 3 miles. Note: This property sleeps a maximum of 5 guests including infants.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,Rhoslan had everything we needed for a stress-free holiday and was the perfect base for our daily trips out with the kids. The owners were so welcoming and made the place lovely for our arrival. The beds were comfy, there was plenty of room for the kids to play, the kitchen was more than adequate and overall, it was simply a lovely place to stay and we definitely plan to return at some point in the future.
