This detached cottage situated in Benllech on Anglesey sleeps ten people in five bedrooms. Penmaen is a detached cottage situated in a small cul-de-sac in the seaside village of Benllech on the Isle of Anglesey. This cottage sleeps ten people in five bedrooms, consisting of one king-size double, two standard doubles, with one on the ground floor and two twins, also with one on the ground floor. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, along with a bathroom and ground floor wet room. Outside there is off road parking for one car, roadside parking and a front and rear patio with furniture. Penmaen is an ideal base for families with lots to see and do in the area.

Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. 2 x TVs (one Smart) with Freeview, DVD, CD, MP3, PlayStation 2 and Wii both with games, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 1 car plus roadside parking. External games room with pool table, table tennis and bike storage. Patios with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pub 2 mins walk. Beach 5 mins walk. Note: The first floor bedrooms have sloping ceilings with reduced access to the beds.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:A busy, bustling, small village but with a relaxing environment and the cottage was very spacious and clean. We were greeted by an extremely pleasant owner. Highly recommended.
