A mid-terrace character cottage in the Anglesey town of Beaumaris, sleeping six people in three bedrooms. Lavender Cottage is a terraced cottage in Beaumaris, Anglesey. It comes with three bedrooms made up of a king-size with an en-suite, a further king-size and a double room, as well as a family bathroom, it can sleep up to six people. Its interior also occupies a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with a multi-fuel stove. To the outside you will find roadside parking to the front and an enclosed rear garden with a raised patio, decking furniture and barbecue. Lavender Cottage comes bursting with character and sits in an excellent spot for touring Anglesey and its many attractions.

Gas central heating, multi-fuel stove. Gas range cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TV with Freeview, WiFI, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. Roadside parking for 1 car in front of property, first come, first served. Rear enclosed garden with raised patio, decking, furniture and BBQ. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome downstairs only. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minute walk. Note: Unfenced drop from raised patio, children must be supervised at all times when outside. Note: Due to the age and character of the cottage, please note the stairs are a little steep and care should be taken.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
