COSY NOOK STATIC CARAVAN:

Cosy Nook is a 2 bedroom, 4 berth, static caravan located on the paddock, (with a natural pond), within the grounds of Bank House Cottage. Providing you with the privacy and sanctuary you crave but with the facility to use the Club Entertainment facilities (with visitor passes) of Cockerham Sands County Park Caravan Site just a short stroll away.

The master bedroom comprises a double bed and fully fitted furniture. The twin bedroom comprises two single beds and fully fitted furniture. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, wash hand basin and W.C.

    
   

 

Cosy Nook boasts a very comfortable lounge with fitted furniture, free standing three piece suite. Television.  

 

Cosy Nook is situated in rural Thurnham, with superb views of the countryside yet only a one minute walk to the sea. Ideal for walking, birdwatching, jet skiing, golfing, cycling and a host of other activities. Pubs and restaurants are only a short journey away by car, as are local markets. It makes the perfect base to visit Lancaster City, with it's beautiful castle. The property is surrounded by sheep, cattle and horses.   

Cockerham Sands County Park Caravan Site is within walking distance and there you can use the sites facilities with a visitor pass (payable locally - excludes use of swimming pool.)

Thurnham is situated on the south side of the River Lune, where it meets the River Conder in Lancashire and contains the villages of Conder Green, the fishing village of Glasson Dock, Lower Thurnham and Upper Thurnham. To the east of the village stands Thurnham Hall, which was originally the residence of John Pierce Chamberlain Starkie MP. Set amidst the rolling countryside, Thurnham has been a farming community since its earliest settlement.
